With biodiversity plummeting around the globe, Where the Wild Roam seeks to educate and inform audiences about wildlife and wild places in a new way –with an adventurous, heartfelt, and hosted show that’s free to stream across social media. We specifically target the social media space to reach new audiences and share our collective love of the natural world.

We hope our show can help supplement the great work agencies, academics, non-profits, and other conservationists are doing right now to ensure we have wildlife and wild places for generations to come. The first season of Where the Wild Roam showcases the magnificent landscapes and stunning biodiversity of California.

Joe traces the origin of his love of wildlife and wildlife habitat to a mixture of family vacations in the Northern Rockies and the writings of Aldo Leopold he was gifted as a teenager.

Joe lives in Nevada City, California, with his wife and young daughter.
